1. Add Dolphin Clinic Tranquil Sleep to your vaporiser or diffuser in your bedroom.

2. Put three to six drops of Tranquil Sleep onto a tissue and place by your pillow.

3. Inhale either oil directly from the bottle. 

4. Dab two to four drops of lavender directly on your chest or wrists.

5. Blend six drops of Tranquil Sleep with 10 millilitres of a carrier oil (almond, apricot, or coconut) and mix this into your bath before bed.

6. Create a spray with 50 millilitres water (and/or witch hazel if you have it) and 25 drops of Dolphin Clinic Lavender oil. Spritz on your face before bedtime.

7. Blend 20 millilitres of almond oil with 15 drops of Tranquil Sleep blend and use as a night time body moisturiser.

8. Use Lavender oil in a bowl of hot water for a facial steam or simply add to a basin of water and use this on your face cloth as a compress or face wash before bed.
