My trainer Nicole Amor from Contours is sorting me out a new exercise routine that involves of targeting my butt, stomach and thigh area. As that's where I least want to do exercise as I find it the hardest area because my muscles are the least strongest there.
So I'll be getting my new routine on Monday but I know it is going to involve skipping...
I haven't skipped since I was little so I should get some practice in the weekend. Nicole said that skipping was the best exercise (even better than running). Skipping is not so nice if your well-endowed in the breast area... though.
And who else jumps rope? Katy Perry.
"Katy maintains her curves by working out, saying she loves jumping rope. “I hate working out, but I love jumping rope. There’s a rhythm. It’s like dancing. I can double jump; I can cross. I can do all of it. I look like Rocky when I jump rope.” She follows an organic food diet. She eats five small meals a day that consist of lean proteins, such as boneless skinless chicken breasts and fish, as well as fruits and vegetables."

So I found a good thing for me (with losing weight) was finding someone around the size that I wanted to be (it can be a friend, celebrity or family member). Ask them how they maintain there body, be sure that they aren't going to tell you they eat what ever they want, whenever they want "there just lucky". Watch them when they are eating and see how much they actually eat. You'll usually see that their hand only reaches for the chip bowl twice, whereas mine is always around 15 (or the chips are gone).
So today I ate...
Breakfast: Weight watchers custard & apple cereal bar and a herbal feijoa tea
Morning tea: A handful of raw almonds
Lunch: Two Salada light crackers with tinned Smoked Salmon and an orange
Afternoon tea: A handful of raw almonds
Dinner: A chicken thigh (roasted with Mexican spices) roast potatoes and salad. And a tablespoon of Hayden's icecream (Lite Licks Dairy Free Icecream Hokey Pokey from countdown).
Exercise:
Attended a pilates class (never done pilates before, I'm shocking at it! My core strength is very, very weak and I'm not very flexible) So will try and go every Thursday.

Find inspiration to lose weight - Day 3
So it's been pretty much two months and I have only lost 0.5kgs... So it's coming off just very, very slowly. So what can I do now? I think it calls for a new exercise routine...
