Ingredients:
200g Plain Coconut Yoghurt
1 Serve Kids Good Stuff Wild Strawberry
1 tsp Raspberry Powder
1 tsp Dragon fruit Powder
Toasted Coconut Chips
Freeze Dried Raspberries
Freeze Dried Strawberries
Gluten-Free Shortbread Cookies
Marshmallows
Method:
Mix the Kids Good Stuff and the coconut yoghurt until well combined. Add the raspberry and the dragon fruit powder and mix well again. Place the glad wrap or baking paper on a baking tray, then spread the yoghurt and Kids Good Stuff mixture over the surface (not too
thin). Add the toppings and pat them into the yoghurt mixture so that they set well. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or overnight. Once it's frozen and you are ready to enjoy the Frozen Yoghurt Bark, remove it from the freezer and break it into small pieces. Serve straight
