Ingredients:
- 3-4 med sized spinach leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp of Lifestream Essential Greens
- 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 banana sliced
- Enough water to make your smoothie as thick or thin as you like
