A quality green smoothie recipe is an essential addition to your smoothie-making repertoire!

This nourishing recipe uses Lifestream Barley Grass powder which contains iron and protein to support energy and vitality. It is highly nutritious and helps support your immune health. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 ripe or frozen banana
  • 1 tsp Lifestream Greens Daily Blend powder
  • 1 tsp of Lifestream Barley Grass Certified Organic

Method: 

  1. Blend coconut water and banana for 20 seconds until smooth. 
  2. While still blending (mind your fingers!) add the powder and blend for a further 10 to 20 seconds until well mixed for a delicious, nourishing and refreshing smoothie – yum!

Note: It is important to keep the blender mixing whilst you add the powder – this ensures a smooth consistency without the ingredients separating!  It’s best to consume immediately or it can be left in the fridge for 6 to 12 hours.
