Ingredients

1 tbsp Harker Herbals Immune Boost
2 cups leafy greens (choose your favourites! We like kale, spinach and romaine lettuce)
2 cups of a liquid base such as water, coconut water or almond milk
3 cups of ripe fruit (such as banana, berries, avocado, mango, pineapple).

Method

1. Blend the leafy greens and liquid base together until smooth
2. Add fruit and Immune Boost and blend again
