Heavenly Strawberry porridge

Oats are are rich in protein, magnesium, iron, zinc, B vitamins, and fibre. Oats are great for nerve health and these minerals are also helpful for calming the nerves, neutralising stress, and helping with a good night’s sleep. 

Ingredients:
• 50g oats
• 1 tsp xylitol (or sweetener of choice)
• 1 serve Clean Lean Protein – Wild Strawberry
• 200ml rice milk (or milk of choice)
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tsp flaxseeds
• 1 tsp chia seeds

Method:
• Add the oats and xylitol to a pot with some boiling hot water from the kettle (enough to comfortably cover the oats).
• Allow the oats to gently simmer for about five mins and then turn the heat off. 
• Blend the milk, Clean Lean Protein, peanut butter and flaxseeds in a blender and set aside. 
• Add the chia seeds to the pot with the oats and xylitol and let it stand for five mins. 
• Add the blended mixture to the pot and mix well. 
• Serve with toppings like fresh strawberries and muesli. 
• Enjoy!
