Try and mix up your routine.

If you are eating alot of the same foods week in, week out and exercising the same. You body can get used to what you are doing and think that this is the new "normal" and your weight-loss will slow down.

Your weight will also naturally plateau when you are getting closer to your body's ideal weight.

It can be depressing, and you feel like your not getting anywhere. But don't give up. Maybe look back to see how much you have acheived. Look as past "fat" photo's to now "thinner" ones. You may not be at your goal yeah, but your've come a long way baby!
