How to stop over-eating and picking before dinner - Day 8
I have a horrible habit of snacking while I cook on the ingredients – grabbing a pinch of cheese while I grate it, stealing cashew nuts while I make tonight's stir-fry, things like that.

Here are some suggestion's I've found so far...

Chew gumSip on a low calorie beverageHave a snack before starting if hunger is an issue, and remind yourself that dinner will taste better if you don’t ruin your appetite with a snack
Drink two glasses of water just before you start preparing the food.
Comment below of you have any ways to avoid picking at food while cooking it. I think I'm going to try the chewing gum. I'll let you know how it goes :)

Food eaten today...

Breakfast: Weight watchers ginger cereal bar
Morning Tea: Handful of mother earth nuts
Lunch: Half a pineapple and a symbio yoghurt
Afternoon Tea: A pear and a handful of nuts
Pre-Dinner (eating while cooking dinner): a strawberryand half a packet of cashews two carrot sticks
Dinner (8pm): Chicken honey soy with cashews and brown rice.

Exercise...

3km on the treadmill
2 sets of 20 Swiss Ball Squats holding a 5kg weight
2 sets of 20 Swiss Ball wide squats holding a 5kg weight
5 x up and down the stairs, twice
2 sets of 20 Chest Press on 30
Skipping for 1 minute two times
Abs - Plank on swissball 1 minute two times
Abs - Side Plank 30 secs two times
Abs - Crunches with swissball 2 sets of 20
Box Jump on level 4 2 sets 20 times

Does anybody else have these bad habits? I'll be good all day and then go to the gym and by the time I've finished at the gym its 7.30pm and I'm HUNGRY!
