
Yay! The weekend is here! Good excuse to go late night shopping at Te Awa in Hamilton. I think I can skip the gym for that as I want to see what size pants I can fit into... And I'm sure all the walking around and trying on clothes is some form of exercise, right?
But here's my food diary...
Breakfast (8.30am): Weight Watchers Cereal Bar (Ginger Kiss flavour) 469kj and a feijoa tea
Morning tea (10.00am): a Soy Chai Latte
Lunch (12pm): Salmon Salad
Afternoon tea (1.30pm): Pete's birthday at the office so we had carrot cake.
Treat (3pm): One Cadbury Dream white chocolate out of a favourites box
Dinner: Burger King Queen Size Tendergrill with lite mayo (2013 kj) combo with medium coke zero (7kj) Fries (1250 kj)
