
This keto green smoothie is a great way to keep your hydration and energy levels boosted whether you’re exercising, back to busy school and work routines, or maintaining your keto lifestyle. Ingredients:
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup cucumber
1½ cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen avocado chunks
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 heaped tsp Lifestream Greens Keto Blend
3 drops monkfruit extract*
* The Monkfruit Extract isn’t necessary, though without it, the smoothie will have just a hint of sweetness from the strawberries. Adding a few drops of monkfruit extract sweetens it up nicely, if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
