Lifestream Keto Greens MCT Superfood Bites

Serves 9-18

Ingredients

1 Cup Whole Walnuts

½Cup Sunflower Seeds

¼ Tsp Sea Salt 

¼ Cup Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp Lifestream Keto Greens

½ Cup Almond Butter

¼ Cup monk fruit or xylitol sweetener of choice

¼ Cup Chocolate Chips or grated pieces

½ Tsp Pure Vanilla

 Adding coconut flour as needed and filtered water as needed into the recipe if more moisture is required.

 Recipe Instructions

Add the walnuts and sea salt into a blender or food processer on high for 5 to 10 seconds, or until the nuts are broken up into small pieces.

Add the cocoa powder, Lifestream Keto Greens, almond nut butter, vanilla, and sweetener. Process until well combined and batter starts coming together. Add coconut flour or water, one tablespoon at a time, as needed to achieve the right consistency and texture for the bites.

Blend in or pulse in the chocolate chips.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll the dough between the palms of your hand to form in 18 bite-sized balls and place them on the parchment paper. Dust with a sprinkling of ground hazelnuts, cacao or macadamias for a delicious decadent finishing touch.

Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes or until firm and enjoy MCT and chocolate bliss all in one delicious bite.
