Ingredients
1 frozen ripe banana
1 serve NuZest Kids Good Stuff
¾ cup milk (almond, dairy, soy or coconut)
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cacao powder (optional)
Ice cubes
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Add ice cubes to desired consistency.
