Lemon, honey and ginger tea

One of the best benefits of lemon, honey and ginger tea is its immune-boosting ability due to the high levels of antioxidants in ginger, and lemons being excellent sources of vitamin C. 1 cup water
1-inch piece ginger root (or more, to taste), peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 whole organic lemon
1 teaspoon honey, or to taste.

In a small pot over a medium heat, heat the water, ginger, lemon juice, and honey. Strain the mixture into a mug, and enjoy.
