This year started with a real focus on women around the world in the belief that a difference can be made by speaking out – those women standing up for gender pay equality, speaking out from the shadow of their pain to highlight unacceptable behaviour, moving into top spots in government, and even marrying into royalty to champion equality for women of all nations. It is an exciting time for women to be part of this movement for change.
