There’s nothing like mango that makes your taste buds realise it’s summer! This cup is layered with sweet, smooth mango, creamy yoghurt and chia pudding and can be prepared the night before in a jar and eaten on-the-run. Mango can be replaced with your choice of soft fruits such as berries, peaches and banana.

INGREDIENTS:
1 mango
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup almond yoghurt
40g scoop PranaOn Power Plant Protein - French Vanilla
1 tbsp coconut flakes

METHOD:
1. In a small jar, combine chia seeds, protein powder and almond yoghurt and shake well.
2. With the lid on, refrigerate overnight or for at least for an hour.
3. Before serving, blend mango in a food processor or blender or chop up if desired.
4. In a new jar or cup, layer chia seed, yoghurt and mangoes, repeat finishing off with a layer of mango, then sprinkle with coconut flakes.
