Make your morning routine easier with overnight oats, prepared the night before. Sweetened with the wellness-boosting Lighthouse Manuka Honey, you can add the toppings of your choice – try summer berries, mango, coconut yoghurt or banana in a different combination each day! 

This recipe is suitable for adults and kids over the age of two. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Lighthouse Manuka Honey UMF5+ 
  • Toppings of your choice

Method: 

  1. Add chia seeds and oats to a small bowl or jar.
  2. Pour in milk and honey, and stir well to combine.
  3. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight.
  4. Add your favourite toppings, and enjoy at home or on the go!
