This recipe is suitable for adults and kids over the age of two.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Lighthouse Manuka Honey UMF5+
- Toppings of your choice
Method:
- Add chia seeds and oats to a small bowl or jar.
- Pour in milk and honey, and stir well to combine.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight.
- Add your favourite toppings, and enjoy at home or on the go!
