
Sugar free, dairy free, gluten free, paleo
Ingredients
• 1.5 cups gluten free rolled oats (blend into a flour)
• ½ cup protein powder (Balance Cookies and Cream is delicious)
• ½ cup rice krispie cereal
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt
• ½ cup almond butter
• ½ cup rice malt syrup or maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons sugar free chocolate buttons
• ½ tablespoon coconut oil
Directions
1. Mix rolled oat flour, protein powder and rice krispie cereal into a bowl
2. Add in the salt almond butter, rice malt syrup and vanilla extract (combine well)
3. Press into lined tin
4. Freeze for 10 minutes then slice to desired size
5. Place back into freezer for 1 hour
6. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and drizzle over top
7. Store bars in freezer or fridge until serving
