Ingredients
- 2 scoops Balance 100% Whey - Vanilla
- 4 digestive, arrowroot or super wine biscuits
- 1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 3 tsp butter, melted
- 2 tsp berries, to garnish
Method
- Crush the biscuits, transfer them into a bowl, and set aside.
- Create a well within the biscuits, and pour butter in slowly while mixing and bind well.
- Gently press the mixture into the base of jars or wide-brimmed glasses with a spoon.
- Combine the cream cheese, milk and protein powder in a bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Spread evenly over the biscuit base.
- Refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
- Garnish with fresh or thawed frozen berries.
