Pina Colada Smoothie with Turmeric

A Pina Colada Smoothie is a fantastic way to start the day!

Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup pineapple or orange chunks

1 cup coconut milk

2 tsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp chia seeds

¼ tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp fresh ginger

½ tsp turmeric

small handful of ice cubes

 

METHOD

Blend well and serve.
