Raw Chocolate recipe

This recipe is perfect to indulge in, without a guilty conscience


INGREDIENTS

150g LifeFoods Cacao Butter8 tbsp LifeFoods Cacao Powder4 tbsp maple syrup/or honeyPinch of salt
OPTIONS
1 tbsp vanilla, orange
or peppermint essence, mixed nuts/fruit
or 2 cans coconut cream for fondue.

METHOD
(An ice tray makes 60-80 mini chocolates)
Place cacao butter in mixing bowl over pan of water on low heat and gently melt. Add cacao powder, syrup/honey and use metal whisk to stir. Add salt and extra flavours if using. Pour into ice cube tray or moulds. Refrigerate for two hours.
