- 1 banana, frozen
- ¾ cup unsweetened organic oat milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 serve PranaOn Power Plant Protein – Coconut Mylk
- ½ cup granola (low sugar variety)
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- 1 tsp organic crunchy peanut butter
- Handful of organic dried banana chips
- 1 tsp honey (optional – depending on your sweet tooth)
Method
- In a blender, combine banana, oat milk, ice cubes, protein powder and honey.
- Blend this on high until smooth in texture.
- Pour blended ingredients into a bowl (use a coconut bowl if you’re feeling fancy) and then top with granola, coconut flakes, banana chips and a teaspoon of peanut butter.
