Sublime super-green smoothie

This recipe offers a simple way to get Lifestream green goodness into your day with the superfood, spirulina, for everyday health and wellness.

 Ingredients

• 250ml almond milk or coconut milk 

• 1 cup kiwifruit or pineapple - fresh or frozen

• ¼ cup raspberries or mixed berries (or Lifestream Certified Organic Super Berries for a potent antioxidant berry boost of goodness)

• 1⁄2 chopped avocado or banana

• 1 heaped teaspoon Lifestream Spirulina Bioactive Balance or Organic Boost

• A lime, juice only

• ½ tsp ginger

• ½ tsp of turmeric

• A drizzle of honey.

Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add a handful of ice for a chilled version.  

Enjoy for super-green start to the day, or an afternoon plant-powered, nutrient pick-me-up.
