Sunrise chia bowl

Ingredients

Chia mixture:

4 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup almond or soy milk

1 banana, mashed

2 pinches of cinnamon (optional)

Toppings:

A selection of sliced fruit and nuts. We used mango, plum, peach, banana, blueberries, raisins and almonds.

Method

STEP 1: Combine the chia mixture, mix well, and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight to thicken.

STEP 2: Transfer the contents to a jar or bowl, and top with sliced seasonal fruits and nuts. Enjoy!
