Ingredients:
½ scoop Balance 100% Whey – vanilla or strawberry flavour
150g gluten-free Greek yoghurt
¼ cup gluten-free muesli
½ cup fresh or thawed frozen berries
2 tbsp crushed freeze-dried berries
½ tbsp pumpkin seeds
½ kiwifruit
Method:
Combine Balance 100% Whey with yoghurt and whisk until smooth. Place in a bowl and top with gluten free muesli, berries, seeds and kiwifruit. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried berries on top of muesli and yoghurt.Enjoy!
