The health of our planet
Enabling wellness for both our people and our planet
At Health 2000, our ethos of ‘where caring comes naturally’ is at the core of everything we do. For us, caring does not end with the health of Kiwis – it includes the health of our planet.
Online orders are packaged with compostable courier bags and tape. All cardboard boxes are fully recyclable and sourced from sustainable forests. The items inside are protected with pop starch, a New Zealand-made, sustainable alternative to bubble wrap. 100 percent compostable, biodegradable and nontoxic in marine environments, pop starch is disposable in composts or gardens, or can be added to hot water and rinsed down the drain.
Alongside this, we encourage our suppliers and partners to do their part to lower their environmental impact wherever possible to help us to reduce our overall carbon footprint. Here is how some of our suppliers are recognising their part in the sustainability journey.
Antipodes believe in the power of nature to cultivate healthy skin – and the power of people to cultivate a healthier planet.
