Ingredients:
250ml coconut milk
1 serve Nuzest Kids Good Stuff - Vanilla Caramel
1 tbsp maple syrup or xylitol
1 tsp blue spirulina
4 tbsp white chia seeds
Method:
Blend milk, Kids Good Stuff, maple syrup and spirulina. Add chia seeds and mix well, then let stand for 5 minutes. Mix again, then pour into glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with coconut yoghurt, fruit or muesli as desired. Enjoy!
