Vibrant wheat grass detox smoothie

INGREDIENTS

350 mls of almond milk

2 medium size stalks celery

1 cup mango or pineapple – fresh or frozen

1⁄2 chopped avocado

Juice of one lemon

1 heaped teaspoon Lifestream Wheat Grass powder

1 heaped tablespoon ground flaxseeds

1⁄2 teaspoon of turmeric

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients together until smooth, add a handful of ice for a chilled version and enjoy as a super greens start to the day or afternoon pick me up.

This detox blend mixes to a delicious tropical tasting smoothie. You can also make a superfood bowl and decorate it with a pinch of flaxseeds on top with some coconut and gojj berries sprinkles as a energy boosting breakfast.
