What does it really mean to be ‘healthy?'

‘Health’ is a term with various meanings nowadays. It’s hard to know what’s really deemed to be ‘healthy’ or ‘balanced.’ I believe health is a combination of everything you’ve got happening on the inside, that eventually becomes visible externally. It’s not just eating right, training hard, consuming the right supplements, and looking the part. It’s feeding your mentality with healthy thoughts, doing things for yourself, and choosing your own ways to stay active that make you happy. There’s no right or wrong way to be healthy, which can be seen to be a struggle; as sometimes, the thought of being able to live from the directions of a textbook makes it feel as though you’d be able to have a measurable level of ‘health’ to almost aspire to.
