Let’s make Christmas treats a little healthier this year to enjoy the season without the guilt or an upset tummy!
INGREDIENTS:
50g ricotta
½ cups dried cranberries or dried apricot
1½ cups dried thread coconut
½ or 1 scoop Balance 100% Whey or Plant Protein - vanilla flavour
Extra dried thread coconut, for coating
METHOD:
1. Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
2. Form into balls.
3. Coat each ball in extra threaded coconut.
4. Enjoy! Store in the fridge.
