Most people are aware that vitamin C levels are something to think about in the colder months. Many of you will say that it is something your mum gave you for wellness during winter, and you may do the same with your own kids. Nature certainly provides an abundance of vitamin C in the lead up to winter with fruits like feijoas, tamarillo, kiwifruit and citrus fruits all in season. But is it just tradition, or does vitamin C actually have some role in immune support?
