Our team at Health 2000 is taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously and know that this is a very unsettling time. We want to let you know what we are doing throughout our organisation to support our staff and customers.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and our customers is paramount for us as a company, and we take our role in minimising the spread of this virus very seriously. Our stores and website are continuing to trade as normal, and we are working hard to continue through the tough times ahead.
Guided by the Ministry of Health, we are taking the following precautions to prevent the spread in our stores:
- We have removed all in-store testers from our shelves, effective until further notice. If you require a tester of any product, please speak with our friendly team
- Our stores have increased their cleanliness and hygiene practices with more frequent cleaning
- Services offered in-store that require skin-to-skin contact will be addressed on a case-by-case basis with extra caution
- All stores offer our customers hand sanitiser and supplements to support strengthened immunity
- Employees who feel unwell have been advised to stay home until fully recovered and we ask customers to do the same.
To continue to support you and your families during this time:
- We are working with our suppliers to achieve as much availability and replenishment of stock as possible
- Our website is processing orders to allow you to purchase online with free nationwide delivery
- Our dispatch and customer service teams are working hard to process and fulfill orders and respond to the elevated levels of queries as soon as possible.
We will continue to provide updates both via email, our website and our social channels.
