Goodhealth Deep Sleep™ contains a plant derived extract of 5HTP providing the precursor to serotonon, the body's natural sleep inducer. Also included are the effective herbs Passionflower, Californian Poppy and Jamaican Dogwood to support the nervous system and normal sleep patterns. This product is not suitable for those on anti-depressant medication.
