Fish Oil 2000 Concentrate

Lighthouse Fish Oil 2000 contains 1000mg of concentrated fish oil, which is equivalent to 2000mg of natural fish oil. 

The method of concentration allows for the high potency 2000mg of fish oil to be put into a standard 1000mg size capsule, making them easier to swallow. 

Fish oils contain omega 3 EPA and DHA essential fatty acids. They are essential to human health but cannot be manufactured by the body and for this reason, omega 3 fatty acids must be obtained from food. Omega 3 fatty acids have been studied extensively and have been indicated in reducing inflammation, decreasing the risk associated with chronic illness such as heart disease, arthritis and cancer.

Omega 3 fatty acids may help fight disease by reducing inflammation in the blood vessels, joints, and elsewhere in the body and they may also help to ease the pain, joint tenderness and morning stiffness associated with arthritis. 

These essential fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain and appear to be particularly important for cognitive (brain memory and performance) and behavioural function. A small amount of vitamin E is added to help provide further antioxidant protection and stability to the oil. Orange oil is added to help prevent reflux and a fishy after-taste.
