2 - 4 years: 2ml
5 - 8 years: 3 mls
9 - 12 years: 5mls
Day-time: Take one dose 1-2 x during the day to help kids relax and support calmness.
Night-time: Take one dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
May take twice before bed and one dose during the night as needed.
