Good Health Multi Fibre is a gentle, yet effective formula that works naturally to support the body's cleansing process, combining Flax fibre and Psyllium with other synergistic ingredients.
Multi Fibre combines the gentle action of pure Flax fibre and Psyllium with synergistic ingredients including Pectin, Chlorella, Beetroot and Slippery Elm. Multi Fibre can be taken as a daily supplement or as part of a cleansing/detox program. It is important that we have enough fibre in our diets as they help not only to keep regular bowel movements but also help to absorb and eliminate toxins from the body.
NB: Make sure you drink plenty of fluids when increasing your fibre intake.
