Using peppermint essential oils is the natural choice for temporary headache relief and can be used as simply as gently massaging into forehead and temples.
Peppermint essential oil can also support the body against the symptoms of winters ills and chills.
For Headache Relief: Add 20 drops (1mL) to 10mL carrier oil and gently massage into forehead and temples to relax & ease tension headaches.
For Winter's Chills: Adults only. Traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve winters ills and chills symptoms, add 5 drops (1/4mL) to hot water and inhale.
