Vitamin B12 contains the mineral Cobalt. For people allergic to Cobalt, there are some reports that they may also be sensitive to Vitamin B12, so please patch test. For the great majority of people with Eczema, Psoriasis or Dermatitis, topical Vitamin B12 seems to be of great benefit
