To our rewards customers,
It’s now 12 years since our Health 2000 loyalty program was put in place. We have recently reviewed this program to make sure it’s relevant to our market today.
Our new program
As of 1st November 2024, we are pleased to present the following updates to our rewards program:
- $1 spend = 1 point
- 100 points = $5 reward
- Points expire after 24 months
- Up to four rewards can be redeemed in one transaction (equating to a $20 reward)
- Points can be earned and spent on all products, including those on sale and clearance!
We did not previously have an expiration date on our rewards points. This means that, as of 1st November 2024, any points that are older than 24 months will be removed from rewards accounts. All remaining points will take on the new value specified above.
How to check your rewards balance
You can pop into your nearest store to check your points balance, spend any rewards available, and update your account details. If you can’t make it into a store, simply email us with any requests.
How to spend points in store
When you check out, give our team member your rewards card or tell them your details. They will assign the transaction to your account and notify you of any rewards that can be spent.
Until 31st October 2024, the current value of points is 75 points equating to a $5 voucher, and you can use a maximum of $20 rewards in one transaction.
How to spend points online
We now have a form on our website which allows customers to request an online voucher in exchange for a deduction of the relevant number of points.
Steps:
- Complete this form with your details.
- You will receive a response within 2 working days which provides you with a voucher code and confirms the corresponding deduction of rewards points from your account.
- Input this voucher code at the checkout of your online purchase, and your reward value will be deducted from your purchase.

Health 2000 Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
The purpose of the Health 2000 Loyalty Card ("loyalty card") is to offer benefits to our regular customers. This loyalty card entitles you to all the privileges associated with the Health 2000 Loyalty Card and by using this card you agree to the Health 2000 Loyalty Card terms and conditions and any amendments to them as made from time to time. This card is not a credit or charge card. The card remains the property of Health 2000+ Limited and must be returned upon request.
General
- Membership is free.
- Your loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Health 2000+ Limited ("H2K"). H2K reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
- terminate the scheme;
- decline to issue loyalty cards; and
- on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel loyalty cards, or loyalty card points, and/or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the loyalty card programme.
- Reasonable grounds include:
- any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or
- any use or attempted use of the loyalty card, or loyalty card points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions; or
- any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a customer in connection with the scheme.
- Your points will not expire and you will receive exclusive deals and promotional offers from time to time.
- Your details will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any other businesses outside of H2K. We may use information you have provided to us for marketing and promotional purposes. When you use your loyalty account information such as your purchases and amount of spend will be retained by us as part of your member profile.
- We may publish the names of any competition or promotion winners.
- If you wish to cease your membership at any time please advise your local store or email infinity@health2000.co.nz. Any loyalty point’s balance will be cancelled and you will not be able to redeem those points if you re-join the scheme.
- Your loyalty card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose name is associated with the card.
- For special promotions other terms and conditions may apply.
Joining the Loyalty Scheme
To participate in the loyalty scheme you need to sign up in store. We will be relying on you to provide accurate and complete information and to assist us with keeping it up to date. We respect your personal information and will treat it confidentially.
Loyalty Points
- You will receive 1 point for each complete $1 spent* on qualifying products and services excluding gift vouchers and some consulting services. When you reach 100 loyalty points, you will receive a $5 discount on your next in-store purchase.
- This earning rate can be altered at the discretion of Health 2000.
- Discount redemptions, and any rights they confer, cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Points will be deducted from your point’s balance where a transaction is cancelled or a refund occurs.
- You can check your points balance on your most recent receipt or ask in-store.
* NB - Points are not available for online orders yet and are only available from your local Health 2000 store. Points are accrued under the premise of Swedish Rounding. For example a sale of $14.49 will receive 14 Points, a sale of $14.50 will receive 15 Points
