Waihi Bush Flax Original is 100% pure, cold pressed, unrefined, extra virgin, certified organic flax seed oil of the highest quality. It typically contains 60% Omega 3 EFA - Alpha Linoleic Acid (ALA), 14% Omega 6 LA and 16% Omega 9.
