Dosage

Recommended Dosage : Take daily 5ml in the morning after food. Additional support- Take another 5ml with evening meal Max dose 10 ml daily. Take either neat on your tongue or in a splash of water.

This multiple herb formula was designed to support all aspects of hormonal fluctuations and help to support a comfortable hormonal transition.
