Based in the Hamilton CBD, we are currently looking to appoint a part time Accounts Assistant to our Finance Team for a fixed term period. The role will be 30 hours per week for a period of 4 months to assist with short term increased workload.

The Role

Would you enjoy being part of a small but high performing finance team? Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your experience and grow your skill set? 

This role will see you provide accounting support to the Management Accountant and wider Finance team. This will include:

  • Accounts payable;
  • Cash Management;
  • Reconciliations of accounts;
  • Contribution to preparation of monthly accounts;
  • Support to stores, including banking and credit applications.

The Requirements

To be successful in this role:

  • You will have previous experience in an accounts processing role;
  • Have attention to detail and accuracy will be part of your make up and you will enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you get the details right every time;
  • You will be motivated & hardworking with a real "Can Do" attitude;
  • Be a team player and who displays initiative and is not be afraid to try new things;
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • You must have solid computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Excel and enthusiasm to learn our accounting package.

We are currently looking for Part Time Sales Professionals - Natural Health across our Wellington Stores as follows:

Johnsonville

The regular hours are 20 hours per fortnight to be worked Monday and Wednesday 10am -2.30pm and every second Saturday 10am-2.30pm.  Additional hours may be available on other week days to cover shifts.

Lambton Quay

The regular hours are 23 hours per week to be worked Monday 11.30am - 6.00pm,  Wednesday 10am -4.30pm, Friday 10.00am - 4.00pm and Saturday 10am-4.00pm.  Additional hours may be available on other week days to cover shifts.

Porirua

There are two positions available at the Porirua store. 

The first role has the regular hours of 18.5 hours per week to be worked Thursday 9.00am - 3.30pm,  Saturday 10.30am-5.00pm and Sunday 11.00am - 6.00pm.  

The second role has the regular hours of 6.5 hours per week to be worked Sunday 10.00am - 5.00pm.

For both roles, additional hours may be available on other week days to cover shifts.
