No-bake protein cheesecake

Who knew that cheesecake could be fat-free and so tasty at the same time? Your dream of healthy indulgence just came true with this amazing no-bake protein cheesecake!

Time to make: 15 minutes | Serves: 2-3

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Balance 100% Whey - Vanilla
  • 4 digestive, arrowroot or super wine biscuits
  • 1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 3 tsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp berries, to garnish


Method

  1. Crush the biscuits, transfer them into a bowl, and set aside.
  2. Create a well within the biscuits, and pour butter in slowly while mixing and bind well.
  3. Gently press the mixture into the base of jars or wide-brimmed glasses with a spoon.
  4. Combine the cream cheese, milk and protein powder in a bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  5. Spread evenly over the biscuit base.
  6. Refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
  7. Garnish with fresh or thawed frozen berries.
