We are all familiar with stress. We wouldn’t function without it – try not breathing, eating, having relationships, or getting hot and cold! 
It is not what happens to you, but how you perceive it, and this is something we can control. Because we all have different optimum levels of stress, there is no one-size-fits-all “cure”. We each need to recognise and discover what works for us to manage it. When stress is not dealt with, and builds up, it becomes chronic, affecting our physical, intellectual and emotional wellbeing.
