Holland and BarrettOmega 3 Oil provides Algal Oil, a vegan-friendly alternative to fish oils which is rich in Omega 3, providing 200mg of DHA. DHA supports the maintenance of vision and normal brain function and the beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake.

DHA also contributes to normal heart function and is completely suitable for Vegans.

Algal Oil 500mg (Schizochytrium sp.) typically providing,	DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 200mg
Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids	200mg
